During the show's first ever Comic-Con International panel, Starz announced that "Ash Vs. Evil Dead" will make its debut October 31 at 9 p.m. The series' first episode is directed by co-creator and producer Sam Raimi.

The television sequel to the cult movie franchise picks up with Bruce Campbell's Ash having spent the past three decades avoiding maturity, and the terrors of the Evil Dead. But when a Deadite plague threatens to destroy all of mankind, he’s forced to face his demons — both metaphorical and literal.

"Ash Vs. Evil Dead" stars Campbell, Lucy Lawless, Ray Santiago, Dana Delorenzo and Jill Marie Jones. The first season consists of ten 30-minute episodes.
