It has been ten years since the release of Edgar Wright's Scott Pilgrim vs. the Worldbased on the graphic novel series of the same name. The film follows Scott Pilgrim as he battles the evil exes of his crush Ramona Flowers in order to win her heart.

The film is surprisingly star studded with secondary characters being played by actors who have gone on to become huge stars. This includes Chris Evans as Lucas Lee, one of the evil exes, and Brie Larson as Scott's ex Envy Adams. There are also a variety of familiar faces - listed below - that audiences may have forgotten were in the film, but they'll be happy to remember their role once they rewatch the film.

Thomas Jane - Vegan Police

Vegan Police Scott Pilgrim vs The World

Thomas Jane is not new to the world of comic film adaptations. The actor is known for playing Frank Castle in 2004's The Punisher. In Scott Pilgrim he plays one of the Vegan Police Officers who help Scott defeat Todd Ingram (Brandon Routh), who is the third ex that Scott battles and is currently dating Envy. He loses his vegan powers when the vegan police arrive to arrest him for "Veganity Violation Code Number 827," which is consuming half and half. Jane plays one of the arresting officers along with another familiar face.

Clifton Collins Jr. - Vegan Police

Movies Scott-Pilgrim-vegan-police

Clifton Collins Jr. is a familiar face to many film and television fans. Most recently he has appeared on Ballers, Westworld and Once Upon a Time in Hollywood. He plays the other Vegan Police Officer alongside Jane in Scott Pilgrim. He is the officer who reads out Ingram's previous two violations of the vegan code, which include the time he ate gelato and chicken Parmesan.

Bill Hader - The Voice

Bill Hader is also apart of Scott Pilgrim vs. the World; although, fans may not realize that right away. Hader does not appear on screen, but his voice can be heard. He fills the role of "The Voice," essentially the narrator. His voice over work functions in a similar fashion that subtitles do in the comics. One scene in the movie where he can be heard is when Scott freaks out about his hair during a make-out session with Ramona. Hader puts on a deeper, more dramatic voice than his regular speaking voice, which is one reason why fans may have either not realized or forgotten his involvement in the film.

Nelson Franklin - Comeau

Nelson Franklin plays Comeau in Scott Pilgrim, who is the person at the party who "knows everyone." He is also the one who tells Scott who Ramona Flowers is based on a very simplistic drawing Scott shows him. Franklin is recognizable from his many recurring roles on television. He played Robbie on New Girl, Will on Veep and Connor Stevens on Black-ish. He is a familiar face who plays a crucial yet small role in the film. While fans might have forgotten he was in the film, it is a nice surprise when he shows up on screen.

Ben Lewis - The Other Scott

Arrow Mia William

Ben Lewis plays Other Scott, boyfriend of Scott's best friend Wallace. Other Scott can be seen sharing a bed with Wallace and Scott and in a scene with Sex Bob-Omb. He is bitter, rude and functions as a good contrast and complementary energy to the Wallace and Scott scenes. Lewis is likely known to fans as William Clayton, the adult version of Oliver Queen's son on Arrow. Fans may have forgotten his minor role in Scott Pilgrim, but now that Arrow has wrapped and fans have had a different relationship with Lewis, this hindsight might make them more aware of Other Scott when they return to the film.
