The final trailer for Scoob! introduces two-time Oscar nominee Mark Wahlberg as the hero Blue Falcon.
SCOOB! promises to reveal how lifelong friends Scooby-Doo and Shaggy first met, along with how they formed Mystery Inc. with Fred, Velma and Daphne. However, the trailer begins with Scooby and Shaggy finding themselves inside Falcon Fury, the mode of transportation for Wahlberg's Blue Falcon.
Next, Fred, Velma and Daphne get on the case of finding out what happened to Scooby and Shaggy, as they interview a woman who saw them beamed up in blue light. A flashback also takes us back to Scooby and Shaggy meeting for the first times as young kids on the beach.
Back on the Falcon Fury, Dee Dee Skyes welcomes the duo aboard before Blue Falcon makes a grand entrance, complete with a dab -- though the balloons that were supposed to go off were mistimed.
Directed by Tony Cervone, SCOOB! stars the voices of Will Forte as Scooby-Doo’s best friend, Shaggy; Mark Wahlberg as Blue Falcon; Jason Isaacs as the infamous Dick Dastardly; Gina Rodriguez as Velma; Zac Efron as Fred; Amanda Seyfried as Daphne; Kiersey Clemons as Falcon Fury pilot Dee Dee Skyes; Ken Jeong as the Falcon Force’s Dynomutt; Tracy Morgan as Captain Caveman; Simon Cowell as himself; and Frank Welker as Scooby-Doo. The film arrives in theaters May 15.
