The powerful mutant and magic-user, Wanda Maximoff, has been both a villain and a hero. Using the name Scarlet Witch, she has done both good and evil, or sometimes a little in between. Ultimate Quicksilver & Scarlet Witch in Marvel Comics

In The Ultimates, it is implied that Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver's relationship goes beyond a familial one.

While the comic begins by just implying an intimate relationship, the two are eventually caught during an inappropriate moment that confirms it. Despite this being an alternative universe, some fans have continued to question the nature of Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver's relationship over the years.
