Sasuke Uchiha is an exceptional shinobi and boasts what often seems like an endless array of incredible talents. He's famously known for possessing the Sharingan, the dōjutsu kekkei genkai of the renowned Uchiha Clan. Thanks to his visual prowess, Sasuke has the ability to perform many of the strongest techniques that the entire Naruto franchise has ever seen.
Sasuke may excel in certain abilities outside of his Sharingan, but without it, he'd be considerably weaker and incapable of using the vast majority of his show-stopping techniques that were crucial in both aiding him to victory and defending him from harm against formidable enemies.

Susanoo is the strongest ability that a Sharingan user can possess once they have awakened the Mangekyō Sharingan in both eyes.
Known for its ultimate defense, Sasuke has avoided many potentially fatal blows and shielded himself alongside the rest of Team 7 from the effects of the Infinite Tsukuyomi thanks to this ability —and subsequently managed to save the world as a result.
5 He Wouldn't Be Able To Use The Highest Level Of Fire Release: Amaterasu
Another technique that Sasuke would be without if he didn't have his Sharingan is the Mangekyō Sharingan dōjutsu, Amaterasu. It is known for being the highest level of Fire Release, where a user will produce black flames through their visual abilities. These powerful flames will not extinguish until their target has been completely incinerated.
Sasuke would have likely died alongside Team Taka during their mission to take the Eight-Tails if he hadn't been able to use Amaterasu.
4 He Wouldn't Be Able To Aquire The Rinnegan, Which Made Him Strong Enough To Save The World
After overusing his Mangekyō Sharingan, Sasuke was left almost blind. To stop this, Obito implanted Itachi's eyes into Sasuke, and as a result, he awakened the Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan, meaning his ocular damage was fully restored and he could use his visual techniques without the worry of ruining his eyes again.
He was also able to obtain the Rinnegan when he was given half of the Sage of Six Paths power after telepathically being sent to Hagoromo Ōtsutsuki after Madara stabbed him. This was because he combined his newly given yin chakra with his Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan, thus resulting in the awakening of his Rinnegan.
3 He Wouldn't Be Able To Use Genjutsu & Gain Enough Strength To Control Every Tailed Beast
Sasuke used his Rinnegan Genjutsu to immobilize the Tailed Beasts so he could absorb their power in order to defeat Naruto and become the Hokage of Konoha, something he couldn't fathom doing if he was born without the Sharingan.
Luckily, his dangerous dream never came to fruition.
2 He Wouldn't Be Able To Use Space-Time Dōjutsu Which Allows Him To Travel To Different Dimensions
Space-Time dōjutsu is only made possible because he acquired the Rinnegan, which again he could only receive in the first place because he was born with the Sharingan.
This technique allows Sasuke to create a portal where he and a limited number of others can travel to different dimensions. Sasuke is able to travel to both Kaguya Ōtsutsuki's six dimensions, and Momoshiki Ōtsutsuki's dimension.

Sasuke is only able to perform his signature Chidori moves because of his Sharingan. Although Hatake Kakashi originally created the technique, Sasuke has crafted a multitude of powerful Chidori abilities, including Chidori Katana, Chidori Stream, and Kagutsuchi Chidori.
Sasuke was taught Chidori by Kakashi as they trained for the final Chūnin Exam battles in which he debuted for the first time against his anticipated rival, Gaara.
