Noah's ark may be in serious trouble. The three-story exterior set for Darren Aronofsky biblical epic was built in Oyster Bay on Long Island Sound, which The Hollywood Reporter notes is among the places hardest hit this week by Hurricane Sandy.
According to the website's sources, the film's cast and crew have no idea how bad the damage might be as they have not yet been able to get there in person. Many areas hit by the storm are dealing with massive clean-ups and power outages that may take weeks to fix.
Opening March 28, the adaptation of the Old Testament flood story stars Russell Crowe, Jennifer Connelly, Anthony Hopkins, Ray Winstone, Emma Watson, Logan Lerman, Douglas Booth, Kevin Durand, Martin Csokas, Jóhannes Haukur Jóhannesson, Arnar Dan and Mark Margolis.
