Executive produced and narrated by Gaiman himself, The Sandman: Act I premiered on Audible in July 2020, adapting the first three volumes of Sandman as the Lord of Dreams set out to rebuild his fantasy kingdom after being imprisoned for decades. Directed by Dirk Maggs and boasting an all-star voice cast, including James McAvoy as Morpheus, the audio drama brought the landmark comic book story to life in a vibrant, new medium.

At the start of 2021, DC and Audible announced they'd renewed The Sandman audio drama adaptation for two additional seasons. With this and the live-action Netflix original series on the way, fans will have a multitude of ways to experience Gaiman's engrossing story like never before.

Directed by Dirk Maggs and executive produced and narrated by Neil Gaiman, The Sandman: Act II launches Sept. 22 on Audible and is available to preorder here.
