Sailor Jupiter is notoriously one of the strongest Sailor Senshi in Sailor Moon. Not only is she the most physically strong, but she also has multiple lightning-based abilities that typically allow her to call down lightning straight from the sky. Jupiter's powers are based on the consistent storms within the planet of Jupiter (like the eye). Additionally, the Greek God Zeus's Roman personification is also named Jupiter, as he is the God of the Sky and Thunder.
Sailor Jupiter is the fourth Senshi to join the main group. She's got a hard punch and a soft heart. As one of the most powerful Senshi, it is interesting to see how she would compare to other anime characters. 10 SHE WOULD LOSE TO: Killua Zoldyck (Hunter x Hunter)
Killua from Hunter x Hunter is probably the strongest, if not one of the strongest, characters in the show. He's incredibly powerful and is a little more than willing to kill. He's an incredibly skilled and fast assassin and, like Jupiter, he also has a ranged thunderbolt (lightning) attack.
However, while the two may have similar abilities, Killua is way more practiced and his abilities are all at a higher power level than Sailor Jupiter's.
9 SHE WOULD WIN AGAINST: Denki Kaminari (My Hero Academia)
While Denki Kaminari from My Hero Academia is pretty powerful in terms of his electricity abilities, he also has a pretty short limit. He is able to use his electricity as a defense mechanism, attacking threats around him instantly.
However, Jupiter doesn't really need to be in hand-to-hand combat in order to defeat him. Denki may be able to blast Sailor Jupiter, but the moment he does, he "short-circuits" for about an hour, rendering him useless. This will be Jupiter's time to strike.
8 SHE WOULD LOSE TO: Edward Elrich (Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood)
Edward Elrich has proven himself time and time again in combat, with his excellent alchemy and fighting skills, he is sure to take the win against Sailor Jupiter. He could easily deflect Jupiter's ranged attacks by building a wall and when it comes to hand-to-hand, he can definitely hold his own.
Sailor Jupiter will definitely be taller than him and have the height advantage, but Ed knows how to make up for it well. He has shown this in Fullmetal Alchemist time and time again.
7 SHE WOULD WIN AGAINST: Light Yagami (Death Note)
Unfortunately for the main character of Death Note, Sailor Jupiter is not her actual name. In order for Light to use the Death Note, he must write the name of the person, hence why his conflict with L was so important.
Sailor Jupiter is Makoto's heroine alias, as all the Sailor Senshi keep their secret identities hidden, never outing each other when they're transformed. Light wouldn't have anything to work with, and while he struggles to learn or discover Makoto's actual name, she would surely give him a good beating in the name of love and courage. Ryuk, meanwhile, would probably just chill in the back with his apples.
6 SHE WOULD LOSE TO: Kakashi (Naturo)
It seems like everyone in the world of Naruto is vastly strong, overpowered even perhaps. Kakashi-sensei is the teacher to some of the main protagonists of the show and therefore, automatically proves he would far outmatch Sailor Jupiter's power level.
With and without Sharingan, Kakashi would be able to use his ninja stealth and senses to detect Sailor Jupiter. His Chidori is maybe equivalent to Jupiter's Sparkling Wide Pressure, however, Kakashi seems to have both more practice with his ability and this would give him the win.
5 SHE WOULD WIN AGAINST: Sango (Inuyasha)
While Sango is probably one of the strongest characters in the main squad, other than Inuyasha, she is just a human. Sango is an incredibly skilled fighter. She is excellent in hand-to-hand, has a massive boomerang as her weapon, and has been raised to be a fighter.
However, if she is paired up against someone with abilities, like Jupiter, she unfortunately doesn't stand a chance. Sailor Jupiter would probably match her in hand-to-hand combat alone, but once Jupiter's abilities are thrown into the mix, she would definitely win.
4 SHE WOULD LOSE TO: Genos (One Punch Man)
As the disciple of Saitama from One Punch Man, it is no wonder this character would win against Sailor Jupiter. This cyborg is incredibly powerful in his own right.
He is physically super-strong, has super speed and endurance, cannons, and a number of other attack and defense mechanisms. His body acts as armor and can be replaced easily. In hand-to-hand, Jupiter loses and in special abilities Genos wins again. Not only can he defeat her with his abilities, but if Jupiter attacks Genos with her Senshi abilities, it won't do much damage against his armored exterior.
3 SHE WOULD WIN AGAINST: Misty (Pokémon)
Considering Misty's entire team is filled with water Pokémon, which are weak against electricity, Jupiter would definitely outmatch all Misty has up her sleeve during a gym battle. All Misty has as a combatant are her Pokémon, Jupiter would be able to take her on in every aspect.
Even if Misty had all her Pokémon gang up on her, her initial move, Supreme Thunder, can beat them all at once. For Supreme Thunder, Jupiter uses a small lightning rod that comes out of her tiara, calling down a number of lightning bolts that hit within an area around her.
2 SHE WOULD LOSE TO: Zenitsu (Demon Slayer)
This match would definitely be close considering Zenitsu isn't as powerful initially. Zenitsu is really afraid of conflict and being defeated, and is even more distracted by beautiful women, which Jupiter just happens to be.
A matchup between these two would definitely include a lot of laughs for the audience, but once it actually gets moving, and Zenitsu knocks out from fear, his lightening style abilities are sure to kick up and overtake Jupiter. Besides his lightning, Zenitsu is also an extremely skilled swordsman and would be able to defeat Jupiter with no problem, once he is in the right headspace.
1 SHE WOULD WIN AGAINST: Nami (One Piece)
Unfortunately for Nami, Sailor Jupiter would take the win here. Both have abilities with lightning, Nami being able to cast storms in general. Nami's rod, Clima-Tact, is often used as a support item. She helps her fellow crewmates by effecting her surrounding areas to distract, blind, or handicap her opponents.
However, in a one-on-one battle against Sailor Jupiter, Jupiter would be able to attack her straight on in hand-to-hand combat. Sailor Jupiter's abilities are also a lot more attack based and straight forward, meaning Nami would be defeated almost instantly.
