Even though "Deadpool" is still cleaning up in theaters across the world (it's still firmly in the weekly box office top 10, six weeks after its release), pretty soon you'll be able to enjoy the Merc's movie in the comfort of you own home. Leading man Ryan Reynolds announced on Twitter that "Deadpool" will be available for purchase on Blu-ray on May 10, just shy of three months after it was released in theaters.
In true "Deadpool" fashion, the announcement came along with a comedic image.
I'm coming... on Blu-ray MAY 10.

A rundown of the special features to be included on the home video release has yet to be revealed, but ScreenRant has at least one feature they hope to see: alternate end credits. While speaking with Art of the Title, director Tim Miller revealed what his design team -- including his wife Jennifer Miller and creative director Norn Jordan -- initially had in mind to close out the film.
"But they had pitched a couple of great ideas that I was sorry we couldn't do. There was a 1980s version of the titles, you know a 'Knight Rider'-style version. They pitched doing our own version of the Honest Trailers, where the guys go in and tell you everything that was wrong with the movie. I loved that idea! We actually wanted to get the guy who does them to do an Honest Trailers version of Deadpool and run it during the titles. I can't wait until they do one! [laughs]"
"Deadpool" is currently in theaters and arrives on Blu-ray on May 10.
