My sources who have been reliable since last season.. there was a misinterpretation of conversation since yesterday on my part. Wish there wasn't. No titans In the crisis crossover." A new rumor claims characters from DC Universe's Titans will appear during the CW's upcoming "Crisis on Infinite Earths" crossover.

The rumor comes from Titans Facebook fan group admin Lance Ausfresser. After mentioning a tease regarding the news earlier in the year in which the Titans and Doom Patrol were being eyed for the crossover, Ausfresser provided an update, claiming he'd had the news confirmed and "The Titans will be part of the Crisis on Infinite Earth's crossover." He indicated he doesn't know who will show up, which episode of "Crisis on Infinite Earths" they'll appear on or their role in the event.

For the time being, this rumor should be taken with a grain of salt, as there's no confirmation from official sources this will indeed be the case. However, the source from which this information comes has proven accurate in regards to Titans in the past, having been the one to first identify Pretty Little Liars star Drew Van Acker as playing Aqualad, which was later confirmed as true.

Scheduled to air this fall on The CW, "Crisis on Infinite Earths" will involve Arrow, Supergirl, The Flash, DC's Legends of Tomorrow and Batwoman. Returning Tuesday, Oct. 15 at 9 pm ET/PT on The CW, Arrow stars Stephen Amell as Oliver Queen, David Ramsey as John Diggle, Rick Gonzalez as Wild Dog, Juliana Harkavy as Black Canary, Katie Cassidy as Black Siren, Katherine McNamara as Mia Smoak, Joseph David-Jones as Connor Hawke and Ben Lewis as William Clayton-Queen.
