There is little doubt now that excitement for "Rogue One: A Star Wars Story" has reached fever pitch, with fans buying hundreds of thousands of tickets in the first few minutes they went on sale.

Now, ComicBookMovie has revealed exactly how much "Star Wars" bang those fans will be getting for their buck – and the answer is 2 hours and 13 minutes worth.

The site also shared a link to a new "Rogue One" featurette, "Living in Star Wars," which has some cool behind-the-scenes footage for moments not in the film's existing trailers, and Diego Luna, who plays Captain Cassian Andor, revealing what it is like to be on a set from a galaxy far, far away.

The past weekend has also seen the release of a slew of new "Rogue One" photos — some of these were first published in the appropriately named Empire Magazine as part of its exclusive coverage of the film, but many new pics of aliens, such as the ones below of the Rebel gunner Bistan and the mercenary Edrio Two Tubes, first surfaced on StarWarsNewsNet.com.

What we still don't have is any confirmation that Grand Moff Tarkin will be making an appearance in the movie, as teased in the recent "Rogue One" TV Spot. It seems that some mysteries will have to wait until the film's release in a little over two weeks to be resolved.

Set outside of the main sequel trilogy that began with “Star Wars: The Force Awakens,” “Rogue One” is set just before 1977’s “Star Wars” and details the Rebel plot to steal the Death Star plans from the Empire. Directed by Gareth Edwards (“Godzilla,” “Monsters”) from a script by Gary Whitta and Chris Weitz, “Rogue One” stars Felicity Jones, Mads Mikkelsen, Alan Tudyk, Donnie Yen, Forest Whitaker, Diego Luna and Riz Ahmed.

“Rogue One: A Star Wars Story” opens on December 16.
