In the theatrical release of "X-Men: Days of Future Past," the future X-Men had to overcome overwhelming odds in order for Kitty Pryde (Ellen Page) to send Wolverine (Hugh Jackman) into the past, so that he could warn a young Professor X (James MacAvoy) and Magneto (Michael Fassbender) about the dire consequences of the Sentinel Program. In the upcoming Rogue Cut of that film, Kitty gets swapped out for Rogue (Anna Paquin) due to as-of-yet unknown circumstances, and the first scene from that extended cut has just been released.

In this first clip from "X-Men: Days of Future Past - The Rogue Cut," an aging Magneto (Ian McKellen) and Iceman (Shawn Ashmore) must force Rogue out of a deep slumber for their cause. She is in what appears to be a Cerebro-like room; when she regains consciousness, she becomes startled when she sees Magneto, which hints that they may have had a falling out shortly before she ended up where she was in the clip.

"X-Men: Days of Future Past - The Rogue Cut" will be released on Blu-ray on July 14.
