Hokey smoke, Bullwinkle! Another reboot is coming to Amazon!

That's right, Amazon Prime's Amazon Kids will bring the iconic animated duo to a new generation. The new Adventures of Rocky and Bullwinkle may come nearly 60 years after the debut of the original, but seems to keep in the similar spirit of the original Rocky and Bullwinkle: 2D animation, pun-based humor and vaguely Soviet villains. You'll want to be sure to stick around until the end of the trailer for a truly inspired Rocky and Bullwinkle-ian rapid-fire gag:

Created by legendary animator Jay Ward, the original Adventures of Rocky and Bullwinkle aired from 1959 to 1964.  While none of the original cast and creative forces are apart of 2018's Rocky and Bullwinkle, it does boast some impressive talent. Tara Strong, the voice of about half of your childhood, is stepping in as Rocket J. Squirrel, and the cartoon is produced by Nickelodeon vet Scott Fellows and Ward's own daughter Tiffany.

Hopefully the new Adventures of Rocky and Bullwinkle will live up to one of its alternate titles: "I Stream, You Stream, We All Stream, on All Screens."

Produced by DreamWorks Animation, The Adventures of Rocky and Bullwinkle premieres May 11 on Amazon Prime's Amazon Kids.
