DC's upcoming title Deathstroke Incwill be hitting comic book stores soon, and writer Joshua Williamson provided fans details about who they should expect to see in the story. Namely, he explained how the plotlines of Slade Wilson/Deathstroke and Damian Wayne/Robin will eventually collide because of Rose Wilson/Ravager, Deathstroke's daughter.

"Very much so. They're almost running parallel to each other," the writer told Newsarama in a recent interview. "That's why Talia was in the Urban Legends story and that's why Ravager is in Deathstroke. You're going to see how the two stories that I'm telling, the ones that are in Robin and the stories in Deathstroke, they're going to collide at some point. And when they do collide with each other, it's going to be extremely explosive and it's going to involve other books beyond just Robin and Deathstroke."

Williamson went on to elaborate on the role Slade's family, especially Rose, will play in Deathstroke Inc. "Rose and some other members of Slade's family will definitely be important to some of the stuff we have planned. I think if you're involving Slade you kind of have to involve the rest of the family. It's important to his character. That's part of what this first arc is about is him rejecting that idea."

He further explained how the concept of family is a central aspect of Slade's story throughout Deathstroke Inc., describing how the master assassin walked away from his family at the end of Christopher Priest's run and how he'll "be offered a lot of choices throughout this series."

"There's going to come a moment where he is given the opportunity to choose essentially good or evil, and we'll see which side he picks," Williamson stated. "I think it will be obvious what side he's going to pick and how that impacts the rest of the DC universe moving forward. His family playing a part of that, particularly Rose, will be important."

Deathstroke Inc. will see Slade Wilson gain an unlikely partner in the form of Dinah Lance/Black Canary as they work together to uncover the goals of the secret organization TRUST. The pairing has caused many fans to speculate about whether Deathstroke will fully transition from a sometimes antihero to a full-blown hero.

Other fan-favorite characters who are likely or confirmed to be appearing in Deathstroke Inc. include Green Arrow, Batman, Talia al Ghul, various members of the Birds of Prey and Joseph Wilson/Jericho, Slade's son.

The first issue of Deathstroke Inc., written by Williamson and illustrated by Howard Porter, goes on sale Sept. 28.
