Ridley Scott Shines Light On 'Halo: Nightfall' With New Trailer

In a few short weeks Halo fans will finally feast their eyes on the long-awaited Halo: Nightfall from producer Ridley Scott. Debuting Nov. 11 on Xbox Live, the five-episode series bridges the gap between Halo 4 and the 2015-shipping Halo 5: Guardians.

Nightfall introduces new character Agent Locke, portrayed by Mike Colter (The Good Wife), who will play a huge role in Halo 5: Guardians. He and his crew must stop a plot by the alien conglomeration known as Covenant from unleashing a concoction that will kill only humans.

Halo: Nightfall, which also stars Christina Chong, Luke Neal and Steve Waddington, was penned by Prison Break creator Paul Scheuring and directed by Sergio Mimica-Gezzan (Battlestar Galactica).
