The cryptic marketing campaign for Rick and Morty Season 4 has caught the attention of Stranger Things, as the two hit shows swap jibes over Twitter.

Rick and Morty recently dropped the first five episode titles for its upcoming season. Riffing off pop culture and famous movies, the official Rick and Morty Twitter confirmed Season 4's first episodes will be called "Edge of Tomorty: Rick, Die, Rickpeat," "The Old Man and the Seat," "One Crew Over the Crewcoo’s Morty," "Claw and Hoarder: Special Ricktim’s Morty" and "Rattlestar Ricklactica."

As Rick and Morty mocked Stranger Things' Season 3 title reveal on Twitter, Netflix's sci-fi spectacle sniped back. Posting a short clip of Finn Wolfhard's Mike Wheeler belching, the Duffer Brothers' show is seemingly taking a pop at Rick Sanchez's famous burping tick. Either way, it proves both shows are happy to participate in some healthy competition.

"Is there anything more exciting than episode titles?" Rick and Morty joked, before it ran the Stranger Things-inspired reel of titles, slow fade and number of the upcoming series.

Rick and Morty is no stranger to throwing shade at other big franchises. When the Season 4 trailer first dropped, Rick joked for his lab coat to "rip off Doctor Strange" in reference to the Sorcerer Supreme's Cloak of Levitation.

Rick and Morty Season 4 will once again be just 10 episodes. The next run will also be split into two halves. Still, with a supersized of 70 episodes reportedly ordered by Adult Swim, there should be plenty more adventures on the horizon.

Rick and Morty finally returns with the first half of Season 4 on November 10.
