In response, Jackman wrote "Careful @VancityReynolds ... you're looking a bit green," possibly making yet another jab at Green Lantern, Reynolds' failed superhero film of 2011.

Jackman, best known for his iconic portrayal of the X-Men character Wolverine, continued his long-running comedic feud with Reynolds in an interview with Associated Press. Discussing how Reynolds really feels about the nomination, Jackson mused that "I don't think he's going to get out of bed for three days. There could be a lot of bitterness and anger seeping through whatever so just watch it, you know. It's gonna be a tough day, but good for Blake [Lively] just to have him in bed for three days will be a real breakthrough."

Bad Education stars Jackman as Frank Tassone, a Long Island superintendent who's implicated as a co-conspirator in the largest U.S. public school embezzlement scheme. Alongside assistant superintendent Pam Gluckin (Allison Janney), the duo's theft of $11.2 million meant for the Roslyn School District is gradually uncovered by a Roslyn High School journalist (Geraldine Viswanathan), who identifies Tassone as a white-collar criminal. In addition to Jackman's nomination, Bad Education was also nominated for "Outstanding TV Movie."

Directed by Cory Finley, Bad Education stars Hugh Jackman, Allison Janney, Geraldine Viswanathan, Alex Wolff, Rafael Casal, Stephen Spinella and Ray Romano. The film is available to watch on HBO.
