Fans have gotten a new look at what Rey could have become had she turned to the Dark Side to join Kylo Ren in Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker.

Film concept and comic artist Adam Brockbank shared the Dark Side Rey art to his Instagram page, and it features three unique looks at the Jedi. In the film, Dark Rey donned a dark hooded cape and black outfit, contradicting her usual white garments. Adam Brockbank's vision of the corrupted Jedi puts her in all red, similar to the Emperor’s Royal Guard and the Supreme Leader’s Praetorian Guard, though here it is a much darker shade. There are three versions of this sinister look including a full body shot in the red robes, a look at Rey shrouded in a dark robe, and an image of her with Kylo Ren’s helmet.

In Star Wars: The Last Jedi and The Rise of Skywalker, Rey is tempted by Kylo Ren and the mystery of her parents to join the Dark Side. Offered time and time again to take Ren's hand, the possibility of Rey changing teams to the First Order was in question since the eighth film in the Skywalker Saga. Specifically in Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker, there is a scene in which audiences get a glimpse at how Rey would appear if she became a Sith.

Directed and co-written by J.J. Abrams, Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker stars Daisy Ridley, Adam Driver, John Boyega, Oscar Isaac, Lupita Nyong'o, Domhnall Gleeson, Kelly Marie Tran, Joonas Suotamo, Billie Lourd, Keri Russell, Anthony Daniels, Mark Hamill, Billy Dee Williams and Carrie Fisher, with Naomi Ackie and Richard E. Grant. The film is now available on Digital HD, Blu-ray and 4K UHD.
