10 The Breakfast Special
The Breakfast Special is one of the most significant dishes in Restaurant To Another World. It's delicious, and it's also the first meal that Aletta receives from the restaurant's chef and current owner in the series after they first meet.
Once the owner allows Aletta to eat a staff meal to work at the restaurant every Saturday, Aletta is quick to accept the offer. This meal boasts not only delicious bacon and eggs but crunchy, buttery toast and vegetables on the side. The special makes for a hearty breakfast befitting of its name.
9 Fruit Crepes
Fruit crepes is one of the most gorgeous and sweet desserts shown in the anime so far. These fruit crepes feature tasty, colorful fruit covered in layers of syrup and cream and wrapped together in a delicate thin crepe. It's the perfect sweet treat for any fan of desserts.
This dish became a quick hit with the fairy queen Tiana Silvario and the fairy subjects that visited the restaurant.
8 Minced Meat Cutlet
Minced Meat Cutlet is a dish that Sarah Gold tries in the series after finding the restaurant based on a series of clues left behind by her grandfather William, a treasure hunter just like her. Sarah braved her way through the treacherous mines to reach the restaurant in the first place. Minced Meat Cutlet was the restaurant's special of the day during Sarah's visit.
It is also revealed that Minced Meat Cutlet was her grandfather's favorite dish when he visited the restaurant. This dish consists of fried, minced meat patties with chopped cabbage on the side. It also comes with a sauce and a slice of lemon. Sarah immediately decides to come back again for more, declaring it food fit for the gods.
7 Chocolate Parfait
Chocolate Parfait is one of the tasty, creamy desserts that Nekoya offers. It's so tasty that Princess Adelheid—who enjoyed the sweets as a child when coming to the restaurant with her late grandfather—still enjoys when she discovers the restaurant for herself.
This nostalgic treat includes rich chocolate flavors and a texture described as clouds. It also features tons of fruit. Adelheid enjoyed this sweet treat so much that she vowed to come back again for more.
6 Chicken Curry
Kuro—the black dragon—joins the restaurant staff after trying many Chicken Curry plates in the series. Why? It's so she can eat more of this wonderful curry. With tasty cuts of chicken drowning in a rich curry sauce with rice on the side, it's no wonder that Kuro wants to eat more of it.
In fact, the first time Kuro visits the restaurant and tries Chicken Curry, she accumulates debt after eating too many dishes. This results in the Red Queen requesting that she work at the restaurant to pay them off.
5 Curry Buns
Curry buns are first introduced when the chef shares them with Aletta and Kuro for a staff meal. These hot and spicy buns are filled with a curry involving minced meat and vegetables before the buns are fried, hence why they're called as such.
The buns are a crispy treat on the outside but delicately soft on the inside, giving various textures and rich flavors.
4 Omelette Rice
Omelette rice is a hearty dish composed of rice wrapped in an omelette. The egg covering the rice entirely ensures bite after bite of a rich mixture of both elements.
The dish is so delicious that Gerupa orders three orders of it to go, to bring back to his own people so they can partake in the food just as much as he can while visiting the restaurant. Omelette rice is certain to be a filling but delicious dish for anyone who eats it.
3 Tofu Steak
Tofu steak is a unique dish; featuring no meat, milk, fish, or eggs. It is made entirely of tofu grilled and flavored with ponzu sauce, with rice on the side. Even though it contains no meat, dairy, or fish products, it's still deeply delicious. Its amazing flavors will leave one salivating for more.
This dish impresses the elf Farania so much that it inspires her to go out into the world and make dishes that will surpass the restaurant's cuisine. Though the anime doesn't show this, she did succeed in pursuing this goal in the series' light novels.
2 Pudding à la Mode
Pudding à la Mode is an egg-based dessert surrounded by cream, fresh fruit, and a scoop of ice cream. The dessert itself has a velvety texture, with a sweet but slightly bitter sauce on top to finish it off. It's a rich but flavourful dessert certain to please anyone with a need for sweets.
This dish is one of magic-user Victoria's favorites. Victoria also wrote the desserts menu for Nekoya restaurant, so it made sense that she included a dish that she would love to order with every visit.
1 Beef Stew
This delicious beef stew is the first dish introduced in the anime. The stew includes hearty chunks of beef and vegetables tied together with a rich sauce. Anyone craving a hearty, rich meal will enjoy this stew.
It's so delicious that a dragon lord, Red Queen, regularly visits the restaurant to consume this dish at the end of the night. She even requests a large bucket full of extra beef stew to bring back home afterward and always comes back to the restaurant for more.
