REPORT: Game of Thrones Reveals Two Characters Who Survived S7 Finale

WARNING: The following may contain spoilers for HBO's Game of Thrones Season 8, which premieres on April 14.

The fates of two popular Game of Thrones characters may have just been revealed.

An image from Watchers on the Wall provides details about the upcoming Season 8 premiere, including the cast list. Although many of those listed were already likely to appear, the list seems to reveal Kristofer Hivju and Richard Dormer, who play Tormund Giantsbane and Beric Dondarrion, respectively, will also appear in the premiere.

The two were last seen at the top of the Wall, watching as the Night King -- atop the resurrected dragon, Viserion -- brought a large section of the ancient structure down with them still on it. The episode ended without letting audiences know their fates, but the appearance of their names on the cast list does make it seems quite likely that they survived that event. However, it's possible the two actors are appearing in a different capacity or that the cast list will prove fake or incorrect.

Other names that may surprise fans are Tobias Menzies and Carice Van Houten, who play Edmure Tully and Melisandre, respectively.

Edmure was last seen in Season 6, when he was brought out from the dungeons and put before Walder Frey. With Arya Stark having killed the head of House Frey, Edmure's fate was left a mystery, which the premiere may just solve.

The last time Melisandre appeared, she left Varys with a somewhat grim portent, telling him that she would return to Westeros and that -- like him -- she was destined to die there. With Van Houten's name appearing in the premiere episode cast list, we may not have to wait too long to see what she meant.

Game of Thrones is set to return to HBO on April 14.
