Even though not everybody necessarily craves McDonald's, it's the general idea that everybody has cravings for stuff that really drove this entire concept.

7 "No, I'm Mr. Crowbar."

Going off of this mentality, if life seems down, it can get better with the course of a single day. Hitting two birds with one stone could be the next agenda!

3 "I Can't Take It Anymore. I Just Want To Die!"

Sometimes we all feel like the world is closing in around us. That some situations are too far gone to fix and we won't recover from them. Although intense, these feelings are quite fleeting and recognizing that is a huge part of becoming one's best self.

Having that late night sandwich is justifiable.

Along with this, if sleeping wasn't a basic human function, we would get so much more stuff done.

1 "That's How We Grow As People"

This quote really hits deep because everybody can relate to going into new situations with nerve-racking or intimidating feelings. However, Rick states that one should take those situations head on and see what the result is from it.
