Red vs. Blue: Zero -- the 18th season of Rooster Teeth's flagship, Halo-based animated series Red vs. Blue -- is officially set to premiere on Monday, Oct. 19.
This announcement comes courtesy of the new official trailer for Zero, which was released as part of Rooster Teeth's RTX at Home virtual convention. In the trailer, established RvB character Carolina (voiced by RWBY's Jen Brown) introduces viewers to the young blood, Shatter Squad. Shatter Squad is comprised of Agent West, Agent East, Agent Axel, Agent Raymond and RvB Season 18's main protagonist, Agent One (voiced by Achievement Hunter's Fiona Nova).
Per an official synopsis for Red vs. Blue: Zero,
In Red vs. Blue Zero, a mysterious syndicate leader known only as Zero seeks an Ultimate Power, and a ragtag team of heroes and misfits called the SHATTER SQUAD must work together to save the galaxy.
Created by Burnie Burns, Red vs. Blue: Zero is directed by Torrian Crawford and Noël Wiggins and stars Wiggins alongside Fiona Nova, Christian Young, Jenn K. Tidwell, Hannah McCarthy, André Ouellette, Ryan Haywood, Devin Finn and Jen Brown. The 18th season of RvB premieres Oct. 19.
