Dan Mora continues to expand to his Batman/Power Rangers crossover universe, creating morphed versions of Nightwing and Red Hood. The artist posted the Power Rangers-esque suits for the two heroes, along with a group shot featuring Batman and Robin, on Twitter. In the Red Hood tweet, he teased that Batgirl would be his next creation, while also mentioning in a later comment that Tim Drake would join the Gotham Rangers soon.RELATED: Joker War Is Bringing The Dark Knight Rises to the DC Universe

Mora started his Gotham Rangers collection with Batman and Robin, catching the eye of DC editor Ben Abernathy. "Let's make this happen, Dan," Abernathy wrote.

The Power Rangers and the DC Universe have collided before. Tom Taylor and Stephen Byrne oversaw a six-issue limited series, Power Rangers/Justice League, where the Rangers and the heroes of DC battled Lord Zedd and Brainiac.

Mora himself is no stranger to Power Rangers. He illustrated Go Go Power Rangers and the Power Rangers: Ranger Slayer one-shot for BOOM! Studios. He has also drawn several variant covers for DC Comics, including Batman Beyond and The Terrifics. He is currently working on Once and Future for BOOM! Studios.
