In yet another crossover for the Rick and Morty multiverse, the dimension travelers are making their way into the world of Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege as part of the game’s latest costume bundle. Developed and published by Ubisoft, Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege is an online tactical shooter that has opposing attacker and defender teams competing in operations like hostage rescue, bomb defusal and more.

In a trailer, Ubisoft announced that Rick and Morty will be joining in on the mayhem. The crossover comes in the form of two new character bundles for operators in the game. Acting as opposites to the same coin, these skins correspond to the Attacker Sledge and the Defender Smoke as Gromflomite Sledge and Pickle Rick Smoke, respectively. These bundles are available now.

The Gromflomite Sledge is a reference to the Gromflomite Galactic Federation, one of Rick's many enemies in every universe. They are an insectoid species that has conquered most of the galaxy, but they stand opposed to Rick and his resistance allies. Despite their power and overwhelming numbers, they've been defeated by Rick time and time again. Once, he simply crashed their economy, causing their government to collapse. The Sledge armor is designed to look like certain Gromflomite soldiers that have insectoid armor with red visor helmets. This also comes with a weapon skin for Sledge's M590A1 Shotgun, as well as a Seal Team Rick key charm.

As you could probably guess, the Pickle Rick Smoke references the "Pickle Rick" episode, where Rick turns himself into a pickle to avoid going to family therapy. This leads him on a wild adventure where he fights sewer rats, as well as a Lethal Weapon-like villain and his henchman. In the end, he finally sees the therapist so he can turn himself back into a human. Smoke's armor has a pickle body, but with the patchwork biomechanical limbs Rick attached so he could be mobile and better survive the sewers. This comes with a weapon and attachment skin to look like Rick's Portal Gun and (of course) a Pickle Rick key charm.

This is just the latest of Rainbow Six Siege's crossovers. The game has previously received skins based on Sam Fisher from Splinter Cell and Lara Croft from Tomb Raider. Some of its operators have also made appearances in two DLCs for Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon, "Operation Archangel" and "Amber Sky."

News of this crossover comes just a week after a new trailer announced that Rick and Morty's fifth season will premiere on June 20. This bundle will likely keep fans of both the show and the game excited to dive back into Rick and Morty's endless adventures through the multiverse again. Each of these bundles will cost 2,160 R6 Credits from the menu store, which roughly equals to $19.99 USD. Rainbow Six Siege is available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S and Microsoft Windows.
