When Frank Castle returns to Netflix later this year with The Punisher, he may be bringing another Marvel hero with him.

The possibility was teased over the weekend at AsiaPOP Comicon in Manila, the Philippines, where C.B. Cebulski, Marvel's senior vice president of creator and content development, praised Marvel Television's success with its Netflix dramas, and added that, "another Marvel hero may be showing up [on The Punisher]."

Although no details were provided, we can make some logical guesses: Jon Bernthal debuted as Castle on the second season of Daredevil, so it would only make sense for the Man Without Fear to have a cameo. It's worth noting that The Punisher is listed among the IMDb.com credits of Daredevil stunt double Chris Brewster. Another possibility could be Danny Rand, who was enlisted by Daredevil himself in the finale of The Defenders to protect New York City.

Debuting later this year on Netflix, The Punisher stars Jon Bernthal as Frank Castle, Ben Barnes as Billy Russo, Ebon Moss-Bachrach as Micro, Amber Rose Revah as Dinah Madani, Deborah Ann Woll as Karen Page, Daniel Webber as Lewis Walcott, Shohreh Aghdashloo as Farah Madani, and Paul Schulze as Rawlins, with Mary Elizabeth Mastrantonio in an undisclosed role.
