Promare Unleashes First Trailer For U.S. Theatrical Release

The popular anime production company Studio TRIGGER has teamed with Toho for its first feature-length film Promare, which finally receives a theatrical release in the United States next month.

Directed by Hiroyuki Imaishi, the creator of the acclaimed anime series Kill la Kill, the animated film takes place 30 years after the cataclysmic appearance of the Burnish, a race of fire-wielding mutants. Burning half the Earth, a new faction called the Mad Burnish set out on a destructive, fiery path, with only a new hero named Galo Thymos standing in their way.
