Promare Reveals Star-Studded English Language Voice Cast

GKIDS has revealed the full English language voice cast for Studio TRIGGER's first feature-length film, Promare.

The casts consists of Billy Kametz (Galo Thymos), Johnny Yong Bosch (Lio Fotia), Crispin Freeman (Kray Foresight),Alyson Leigh Rosenfeld (Aina Ardebit), Neil Kaplan (Vulcan Haestus), Erica Lindbeck (Heris Ardebit), Kari Wahlgren (Lucia Fex), Steve Blum (Ignis Ex), Mike Pollock (Deus Prometh), John Bentley (Varys Truss), Billy Bob Thompson (Remi Puguna), Matt Mercer (Gueira),  Yuri Lowenthal (Meis) and Melissa Fahn (Biar Colossus).

Thirty years has passed since the appearance of Burnish, a race of flame-wielding mutant beings, who destroyed half of the world with fire. When a new group of aggressive mutants calling themselves "Mad Burnish" appears, the epic battle between Galo Thymos, a new member of the anti-Burnish rescue team "Burning Rescue," and Lio Fotia, the leader of "Mad Burnish" begins.

Following its premiere at Anime Expo, CBR's review of the film praised its gorgeous visual style and engaging action sequences. The film's U.S. theatrical release will be handled by GKIDS through Fathom Events.

Directed by Hiroyuki Imaishi, Promare will be released in select U.S. theaters on September 20 and through Fathom Events at select locations on September 17 and 19.
