IDW Publishing and Oni Press are bringing two of their franchise titles together in a team-up for the ages when swords and sorcery meet the world's most dysfunctional family in Rick and Morty vs. Dungeons & Dragons #1.

The series will serve as the first official Rick and Morty team-up story, so it's only right to bring together an all-star cast of creators to work on the project. Multiple award-winning author Patrick Rothfuss (The Kingkiller Chronicle) joins Dungeons & Dragons writer Jim Zub (Avengers, Wayward) to pen the tri-dimensional fantasy adventure, with art by multi-Eisner nominated artist Troy Little (Fear & Loathing in Las Vegas, Angora Napkin, and The Powerpuff Girls).
