PREVIEW: Steve Rogers Goes From Captain to King in Captain America #700

Steve Rogers has never been one to back away from a challenge. It's a good thing, too, because Cap certainly looks like he'll have his hands full as the new sovereign ruler of the country in our preview for next week's Captain America #700 -- the conclusion to "Out of Time."

Not only does writer Mark Waid join frequent collaborators Chris Samnee and Matthew Wilson on the main story, but he also delivers a backup, featuring art from none other than the late Jack Kirby in this oversized milestone issue.
