Since she first debuted in comics in The Savage She-Hulk #1, by Stan Lee, John Buscema, Chic Stone, and Joe Rosen, Jennifer Walters has shown what she's made of. Now that She-Hulk: Attorney at Law premiered, even casual MCU fans worldwide got to see just how strong the Jade Giantess is. The first episode of the series allowed her to flex her strength, speed, and balance. However, there are still many abilities from the comics left to reveal.

From learned skills to side effects of her gamma radiation-imbued body, She-Hulk has been granted with way more than just muscle. Funny enough, she rarely puts them to good use in the comics. Hopefully, the MCU will have her using these obscure powers.

10 Gamora Taught Her How To Render Someone Unconscious By Poking Their Nerves

Jennifer stumbles upon a mugging during She-Hulk #1, by Dan Slott and Juan Bobillo. Unable to Hulk out due to her new Gamma-Charger, she resorts to Centaurian martial arts. To everyone's surprise, she quickly subdues the criminals. When questioned about her techniques, she explains that Gamora gave her "a crash course."

Jennifer is one of those heroes who have never hidden their identity. Given this, it makes sense that she has trained to ensure her safety even as a human. Her nerve-jabbing abilities come in very handy during these times. However, she never uses them in battle while in her Hulk form, probably because She-Hulk fighting style is way less subtle than Jennifer's.

9 Her Spit Contains Gamma Radiation

After She-Hulk is declared a global menace during Avengers #46, the Winter Guard is tasked with bringing her to justice. During her battle against this superteam, the heroine uses her spit as a weapon against them. Due to her gamma radiation, her corrosive saliva dissolves anything it touches.

The comics reveal that this ability is a secondary effect of the Celestial power-up Jennifer received in Avengers #8 by Jason Aaron and David Marquez. So, logically, once Jennifer isn't powered anymore, her saliva isn't as dangerous. Regardless, since she's still highly radioactive, it would make sense for her saliva to be hazardous enough to be used more often in battle. After all, the Hulk also possesses this power.

8 Her Body Can Regenerate Completely After Being Torn Apart

Besides super strength and stamina, the Hulk has a superior healing factor. This means his body heals itself whenever he gets hurt, and he's immune to pretty much anything, from venom to virus. During Incredible Hulk #446, written by Peter David, he ripped off a piece of his head, which soon regrew without a problem; one of Hulk's most impressive feats.

In the comics, there have been instances of She-Hulk regenerating her body or healing from a deep wound. However, no writer has proved the extent of her healing factor. Regardless, it's only logical that Jennifer, another mutated gamma being, shares this ability with her cousin.

7 The Ovoid Taught Her How To Body Swap

After being imprisoned in a space jail, Sensational She-Hulk #45 follows Jennifer's attempt to escape by alerting Louise of her situation. To do this, she asks her cellmate, an alien from the Ovoid race, to train her in a millenary body-swapping technique.

After She-Hulk and Louise changed bodies, this became an even bigger adventure. Regardless, both fans and writers tend to forget that She-Hulk learned this ability in the first place. After this time, she has never used the Ovoid body swap again.

6 She Could Potentially Use Her Rage To Create Optic Blasts

When Titan took control of Bruce Banner's Hulk form in Hulk by Donny Cates and Ryan Ottley, this personality managed to increase the Jade Giant's rage levels to a maximum. Titan unlocked his ability to fire blasts of energy from his eyes, which he kept even after Titan released him. This is one of the weirdest things that have happened to Hulk in the comics.

She-Hulk doesn't have a split personality like Bruce Banner/the Hulk. However, she has become as irrational as the Hulk many times in the comics. By rule, this has made her stronger. Given this, it's safe to assume She-Hulk could also create fire blasts from her eyes if she let her rage control her.

5 She Can Create Other Hulks Through Her Blood

All fans know She-Hulk's powers' origin. After she messed with the wrong crimelord, Nicholas Trask, she was shot and left to die, but her cousin Bruce Banner, aka the Hulk, gave her a transfusion of his gamma radiation-imbued blood. This gave her abilities similar to Bruce's.

Under this logic, Jennifer herself could turn others into Hulks. However, Jennifer has never used her blood to bring a new gamma into the Marvel universe, probably because she doesn't want to inflict this on anyone else.

4 She May Be Immortal, But Why Risk It?

During Immortal She-Hulk #1, by Al Ewing, Jon Davis-Hunt, and Marcio Menyz, it was explained that Jennifer Walters had died three times, only resurrecting thanks to She-Hulk, who tied her to the Green Door in the Below Place. This same issue revealed that the Leader, a villainous entity that controls the Green Door, told her he would potentially take her immortality away.

Since this revelation, Jennifer hasn't been close to death. But given the Leader's ultimatum, it's likely She-Hulk isn't living like she's immortal anymore. Even though she's technically immune to death due to her gamma mutation, she may not be able to resurrect anyway.

3 She's Immune To Telepathy

The Hulk is immune to telepathy due to his immense rage and fragile psyche. Many times in the comics, he has been able to resist the mind control of even the strongest telepaths, like Professor X or Scarlet Witch. Since She-Hulk shares almost her entire skill set with Hulk, it's only logical to think she's immune too.

Granted, She-Hulk's mental state while Hulked out is considerably less irrational than her cousin's. However, her mind still changes, making her a more confident woman. Indeed this change also offers certain resistance against mind control. Some fans even theorize this is why she's capable of breaking the fourth wall.

2 Her Lungs Are Incredibly Powerful

While using the Wakandan war suit, She-Hulk became capable of channeling her gamma energy using her mouth. This gamma breath allowed her to target multiple enemies at once, only using her lungs. Unfortunately, this skill didn't last much. Once she lost her Celestial power up, she also lost it.

Regardless, She-Hulk still has super-breath. Even though she can't exhale gamma energy anymore, Jennifer's lungs are powerful enough to weaponize them. She could simply blow her enemies away using her lungs' strength. Weirdly enough, she rarely uses this ability.

1 She Can Manipulate & Irradiate Gamma Radiation

On several occasions, Jennifer Walters has described herself as a gamma time bomb due to her capacity to absorb and manipulate gamma radiation. In fact, she's considered a Beta Level Threat that becomes Omega when charged with radioactivity.

Although she could take advantage of her gamma radiation in battle in many different ways, She-Hulk chooses to fight using only her muscles instead of experimenting further. This is probably due to how dangerous gamma radiation could be if used wrong.
