More information about the new, ninth generation of Pokémon, titled Scarlet and Violet, has been highly anticipated due to the excitement of an open-world style-game for the Switch since Sword and Shield. With the recent spin-off game Legends of Arceus being the first game to achieve that, fans are very excited to see a storyline game that contains components that were well-loved and received in Arceus.

Now, the second trailer has released, and along with it many revelations about gameplay and new Pokémon have been revealed. Those aren't the only things that has gotten fans riled up. The new trailer has also revealed that there are version-specific professors for each game, with something in particular making them stand out from the rest.

After just twenty-four hours, fans began making fan art of the conventionally attractive professors. This type of craze over a character reveal hasn't been seen since Lady Dimistrecu from Resident Evil: Village. This isn't the first time that the fandom thirsted over the franchise's professors, though.

One may remember the fascination behind Black and White's Professor Juniper, X & Y's Professor Sycamore, Sun & Moon's Professor Kukui and even Pokémon Go's professor Willow. Yet, most of the professor arguably have either the awkwardly adorable grandparent vibes such as the classic Professor Oak or the cool aunt and uncle look. On the other hand, Professor Sada and Turo have a different presentation entirely.

According to the official Scarlet and Violet page on the Pokémon website, depending on the game that you purchase, you will either get Professor Sada or Professor Turo, a unique feature for this generation. In Pokémon Scarlet, you get the beautifully muscular and attractive Professor Sada, who sports long hair, stunning green eyes and a partially shaved head.

In Pokémon Violet, you will be introduced to Professor Turo, sporting a pristinely-groomed beard and hairstyle reminiscent of a ruggedly handsome 30-something male model. Interestingly enough, under her lab coat Professor Sada seems to be wearing attire that seems to reflect prehistoric times, while in contrast Turo seems to be wearing futuristic clothing.

Fans anticipating the new games are wondering whether the new professors will make it to the anime. With the Masters Tournament of the horizon and the games set to release in November, the answer will likely be answered sooner than later.
