Pokemon fans rejoice! Ash Ketchum and his faithful Pikachu are returning to the big screen this November for an all-new adventure.

The latest animated Pokemon film, Pokemon: The Power of Us, will receive a limited theatrical run in the United States on November 24, 26, and 28 as well as December 1 through Fathom Events. The screenings will be a select locations nationwide and a teaser trailer has been released online showing Ash and Pikachu back in action.

As Ash continues to wander the countryside in his ongoing quest to become the very best Pokemon trainer of all time, he finds a small seaside town preparing for an annual festival to celebrate the legendary Pokemon Lugia. However as small-town tensions start to erupt, it will be up to Ash and Pikachu not just to save the festival but the entire village from descending into chaos.

Since 1996, Nintendo's Pokemon franchise has garnered millions of fans of all ages worldwide. In addition to its extensive catalog of video games and merchandising, the franchise has been adapted for animated series and movies alike; The Power of Us is the 21st animated Pokemon film.
