Sony revealed that the Playstation 5's launch titles will release at three different price points.

The Playstation blog revealed details about the upcoming Playstation 5, including the two different versions of the console that gamers can purchase. But alongside the two iterations of the system, Sony confirmed that many of the games debuting at launch will feature separate pricing tiers. Nov. 12 will see the arrival of a number of SIE Worldwide Studios titles that will run between $49.99 and $69.99 in the US.

  • Astro’s Playroom (Japan Studio) – pre-installed on PS5
  • Demon’s Souls (Bluepoint Games / Japan Studio) – US$69.99/¥7,900/€79.99 (RRP)
  • Destruction All Stars (Lucid Games / XDEV) – US$69.99/¥7,900/€79.99 (RRP)
  • Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales (Insomniac Games) – US$49.99/¥5,900/€59.99 (RRP)
  • Marvel’s Spider-Man: Mile Morales Ultimate Edition (Insomniac Games) – US$69.99/¥7,900/€79.99 (RRP)
  • Sackboy A Big Adventure (Sumo Digital / XDEV) – US$59.99/¥6,900/€69.99 (RRP)

Sony released a number of game trailers today, including the first look at Spider-Man: Miles Morales. They also announced two separate versions of the console, with the PS5 Digital Edition running $399.99 and the PS5 with an Ultra HD Blu-ray disc drive costing $499.99.

Preorders for the console begin tomorrow at select retailers. Sony's PlayStation 5 goes on sale Nov. 12 in the USA, Japan, South Korea, Australia, Canada, Mexico and New Zealand, and Nov. 19 in the rest of the world.
