Pixar Animators Bring Old Age To The Old West In 'Borrowed Time' Trailer

Andrew Coats and Lou Hamou-Lhadj may be two of the semi-anonymous artists who toil behind the scenes at Disney's Pixar studio on films from Cars 2 to The Good Dinosaur, but the pair of animators are looking to make their mark on the form before their done.

The longtime friends have worked for five years on their own animated short called Borrowed Time, an adventure story about two longtime friends in the Old West. The official synopsis described the film thusly:

A weathered Sheriff returns to the remains of an accident he has spent a lifetime trying to forget. With each step forward, the memories come flooding back. Faced with his mistake once again, he must find the strength to carry on.
