Several comic book artists have joined Jim Lee's ongoing charity drive to help benefit comic book shops in the wake of the COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic. The latest artist is Philip Tan, who has contributed a sketch of the lunar-powered vigilante Moon Knight."This 9x12 pen, ink & whiteout on board illustration by @philipsytan is a 3 day auction w/proceeds benefiting comic shops via @BincFoundation! Thanks so much Philip for turning in another evocative piece to the cause!" Lee wrote on Twitter.RELATED: Art Adams Draws Sheena Queen of the Jungle for Jim Lee's Charity

Moon Knight is shown barreling toward the viewer, cape flapping in the wind. At the time of writing, the drawing is being auctioned off for $3,205 on eBay. All proceeds from the auction will go to the Book Industry Charitable Foundation (BINC), which is working with Lee.

Moon Knight is the alter ego of Marc Spector, a former mercenary. Killed and left for dead in Egypt, Spencer was resurrected by the god Khonshu and given special powers. He will be the subject of an upcoming Disney+ series, with Jeremy Slater (The Umbrella Academy) serving as showrunner.

Tan previously contributed a sketch of the Image Comics antihero Spawn to Lee's charity efforts.
