Earlier, the official Instagram for "Logan," the third and final solo Wolverine film starring Hugh Jackman, dropped another black and white photograph from the film's set. That one focused on a collection of intense looking surgical tools. But that's not the only new picture the James Mangold-directed film has released recently.
Earlier today, the Instagram account posted a new picture of Hugh Jackman as Logan. The image captures a moment of reflection and deep thought for the scarred ex-X-Man, as Hugh Jackman's warrior sits in a room, wrapped up in contemplation.
Other recent photos from the film include shots of what may be Logan’s scarred hands, some highly targeted bullet holes, the mechanical hand of a potential foe and the weapon of a character that’s probably not Gambit.
Set beyond the events of “X-Men: Days of Future Past,” 2017’s “Logan” is set in the near future following a cataclysmic event that ravaged the mutant race. It will also be Hugh Jackman’s final outing as Wolverine, and will introduce Dafne Keen as the character’s teenage clone X-23.
Directed by James Mangold, written by Michael Green, Scott Frank, James Mangold and David James Kelly, and starring Hugh Jackman, Patrick Stewart, Boyd Holbrook, Richard E. Grant, Dafne Keen and Stephen Merchant, “Logan” arrives in theaters on March 3, 2017.
