WARNING: The following contains spoilers for Peacemaker Season 1, Episode 8, "It's Cow or Never," now streaming on HBO Max.

Now you too can dance to Wig Wam's music like the cast of Peacemaker in the show's famous intro sequence.

Peacemaker showrunner James Gunn tweeted to share a 12-step storyboard image detailing how fans can perform the first 20 seconds of John Cena's dance moves from the show's opening. "I don’t know where this came from but thanks," he wrote, though the artist later revealed herself under the handle @kadusaurus. Though she didn't comment on Gunn's post, she did react to a tweet alerting her that Gunn shared the image, saying, "I literally cannot contain my joy."

Described by Gunn as a means of ensuring fans wouldn't hit the skip button, Peacemaker's opening featured its entire cast stoically performing a choreographed routine to the tune of Wig Wam's "Do Ya Wanna Taste It." This not only includes Cena in full costume and his Project Butterfly associates, but also the police officers tracking his case, the hospital janitor he befriended, and his dad's next door neighbor.

A behind-the-scenes of Peacemaker video revealed that choreographer Charissa Barton based this set of moves -- which she dubbed a "Peacemaker groove" -- off "modern dance, combined with maybe a little bit of street style," and the work of silent film-era actors. Likely due to Peacemaker's success, "Do Ya Wanna Taste It" officially reached iTune's number one Rock Charts spot this week.

While filming The Suicide Squad, Gunn began conceptualizing a Peacemaker spinoff after thinking about the scene where Christopher Smith briefly hesitates to shoot Ratcatcher, feeling that it offered a glimpse into the character's tragic psychology. Both The Suicide Squad and its HBO Max spinoff mark Peacemaker's official live-action debut, though Cena revealed that Gunn instructed him not to read any existing comics featuring the character and instead stick to his script, which depicted Peacemaker as a "douchey Captain America." Furthermore, Smith's emotional conflict with his white supremacist father Auggie was conceptualized by Gunn merging DC's White Dragon supervillain with Peacemaker's comic father Paul Kupperberg, an actual Nazi.

Following Season 1's critical success, Gunn revealed that Peacemaker was renewed for a second season. The final shot of the season finale teased Smith dealing with hallucinations of Auggie, even after killing him in the penultimate episode. One actor interested in joining the cast of Season 2 is Michael Rosenbaum, best known amongst DC fans as Lex Luthor in Smallville and the voice of the Flash in the DC Animated Universe.

Peacemaker Season 1 is currently streaming on HBO Max.
