We've got good news for Parks and Recreation fans and potentially good-ish news for Community fans coming out of the Television Critics Association winter press tour. The A.V. Club reports that after several questions from the assembled critics, an NBC Entertainment chairman Robert Greenblatt said, “I'm going to go out on a limb: Parks & Rec is going to have a seventh season.”

However, NBC President Jennifer Salke reportedly stressed that the renewal of Parks & Rec doesn't necessarily mean that fellow Thursday comedy Community will be picked up. The network is still evaluating its comedy lineup, and wouldn't commit to Community's sixth season , which would move the underdog series to the oft-mentioned "six seasons and a movie."

New episodes of Community and Parks & Rec debut Thursday at 8 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. ET/PT, respectively.
