Marvel Comics' young heroes are in for a major status quo change when Eve L. Ewing and Kim Jacinto's Outlawed one-shot makes it illegal for those under 21 to perform their vigilantism. Among those affected is Kamala Khan/Ms. Marvel, whose civilian name will be used for the prohibitive law.

Marvel has now given CBR an exclusive look at Eduard Petrovich's cover for Saladin Ahmed and Minkyu Jung's The Magnificent Marvel #14, which is an Outlawed tie-in. The book's solicitation information teases the young hero as the unwilling poster child and "martyr" for "Kamala's Law."
