Three years after the series finale, the cast and crew of the BBC America drama Orphan Black are reuniting for a two-episode virtual table read.

The announcement was made through BBC America's YouTube page, as reported by the Los Angeles Times.  The table read reunites series regulars Tatiana Maslany, Maria Doyle Kennedy, Jordan Gavaris, Kristian Bruun, Kevin Hanchard, Dylan Bruce and Evelyne Brochu along with series creators Graeme Manson and John Fawcett.

In a 30-second video, the entire cast invites fans to watch the table read.

The cast will read the Season 1 episodes “Variations Under Domestication” and “Parts Developed in an Unusual Manner." The virtual event will take place on the series' Facebook page on May 17 and will afterwards be available on the BBC America app.

The event will commemorate Mental Health Awareness Month and the International Day Against Homophobia, Transphobia and Biphobia, with viewers encouraged to donate non-profit organizations Centerlink and Sistering.

Maslany spoke about the importance of supporting such causes. "We wanted to show love to Clone Club and help raise some money for people who are disproportionately affected during this difficult time,” she said. “Our LGBTQ fans have always been deeply important to us... Our show was always about family and community and sestra-hood, so bringing us all back together for this just felt right.”

A proposed spinoff is currently in the works at AMC.
