The truck mode of Autobots leader Optimus Prime in the latest installment of the Transformers franchise, 2018's Bumblebee, is officially up for sale.

A Facebook Marketplace truck selling group confirmed that the '87 Freightliner cab that was used at the end of Bumblebee is currently on sale for $21,600, as reported by Seibertron.com.

An official listing for the vehicle reads, "I have zero clue on the total miles. It's got 85k on an overhaul without paperwork. New front rear end. New air compressor as of 2/23/20. This truck was featured in the ending scene of the motion picture Bumblebee, so it is the legitimate Optimus Prime. Ok, now here's what it needs: new driver's side door, some fenders, lower section of the grill." The owner also added that it's not been driven in over a year.

At the time of this writing, the truck is still available for sale and interested parties are welcomed to contact its current owner via a Facebook private message.

News of the Optimus Prime truck hitting the market came days after Netflix confirmed it will release a brand-new animated series inspired by the Transformers BotBots line of toys. The streaming platform is already the home of the Transformers: War for Cybertron - Siege animated series, which focuses on the likes of Optimus, Megatron and Ultra Magnus as freedom fighters. The series also showcases Bumblebee as more than the comic relief character he served as in the Shia Labeouf-led Transformers films.

"We are delighted to partner with Netflix to bring an all-new Transformers story to life and explore a whole new universe with BotBots," eOne President of Family Brands Olivier Dumont said at the time. "Transformers storytelling has expanded into so many new avenues and we can’t wait to surprise both existing fans and new fans coming to the franchise for the first time with these fun bots who are definitely more than meets the eye!"

While a sequel to Bumblebee has not been confirmed, the film's producer Lorenzo di Bonaventura said in 2019 that a potential next film would feature Bumblebee and Optimus Prime as co-protagonists and combine the "emotional dynamic" of director Travis Knight's film with "a little more Bayhem."

Directed by Travis Knight from a script by Christina Hodson, Bumblebee stars Hailee Steinfeld, John Cena, Jorge Lendeborg Jr., Pamela Adlon, Jason Drucker, Abby Quinn, Rachel Crow, Ricardo Hoyos and Gracie Dzienny, and is available on Blu-ray and DVD now.
