Oni Press bundle boasts 'Scott Pilgrim,' 'Stumptown' and more

Oni Press has waded into the Humble Bundle pool with a promotion loaded with digital titles ranging from Stumptown and The Bunker to Scott Pilgrim and Diesel Sweeties.

As you likely know by now, Humble Bundle allows customers to purchase DRM-free downloads for as little as a penny, with a portion of the proceeds going to charity (in this case it's Direct Relief, a California-based nonprofit that brings medicines and supplies to local healthcare providers worldwide).

The offer is broken into tiers, with any price -- yes, as little as 1 cent -- landing you the first volumes of Buzz!, The Sixth Gun, Letter 44, Bad Machinery and Sketch Monsters, and the first issues of I Was the Cat and The Auteur. If you shell out more than the average amount offered (at the moment, that's $11.10), you'll unlock Capote in Kansas, Down Set Fight and the first volumes of The Bunker, Courtney Crumrin, Diesel Sweeties, Hellheim and Megagogo.

And for $15 or more, you get the first two volumes of Scott Pilgrim, the first volume of Stumptown, and Lost at Sea. That's $360 worth of comics in all, but more titles will be added.

“We’ve been working with our friends at Humble for a long time to put together a great package of Oni Press titles for their platform, and we’re really excited for it to get out there,” Oni Press Publisher Joe Nozemack said in a statement. “Being DRM-free with a variety of formats, it’s a really innovative way to offer our comics to fans, which is a spirit we’ve always embraced. Adding the charity focus on top of that made it all the better."

The promotion ends Oct. 15.
