WARNING: The following article contains spoilers for One-Punch Man Chapter 110 by ONE and Yusuke Murata, available now in English from Viz Media.

One-Punch Man Chapter 109 saw Atomic Samurai facing off against Black Spermatozoon, who revealed that when struck, he could duplicate himself. Atomic Samurai attempted to muscle through this by slashing the various Black Spermatozoon's repeatedly, but this ended up just putting the hero in dire straits while facing off against a large group of the disgusting monsters. In One-Punch Man Chapter 110, Atomic Samurai gets a leg up for a few moments, but he eventually ends up in trouble before the issue moves on to the plight of Zombieman, who may have just met his match.

The chapter opens with Atomic Samurai feigning a retreat. With the Black Spermatozoons in pursuit, Atomic Samurai reveals his secret move, which he perfected after fighting a particularly tough alien (presumably Melzagard). The technique, called "Concentrated Atomic Slash," is basically an ultra-focused version of the hero's normal strikes. However, using the ability to defeat the various Black Spermatozoons wears Atomic Samurai out and he ends up getting sucker-punched by Black Spermatozoon's main body, which is still intact.

Atomic Samurai is sent barrelling into the ground before he can unleash another Concentrated Atomic Slash and another horde of Black Spermatozoons approach. The S-Class hero looks finished, but then he reveals that he's got one last trick, bringing the ceiling down on both himself and the army of Black Spermatozoon.

The effectiveness of Atomic Samurai's gambit isn't shown, as Chapter 110 then moves to Zombieman, who feels the effects of Atomic Samurai's move. As Zombieman attempts to figure out just what's going on, he's ambushed by Homeless Emperor, who is Threat Level: Dragon. Zombieman survives Homeless Emperor's initial onslaught, but the monster blasts the hero with a beam from his finger, brutally dismembering him in the process.

As Zombieman isn't the kind to go down easily, he keeps fighting as his body regenerates. The S-Class hero tries to shoot Homeless Emperor but is unsuccessful due to the latter's quick reflexes and powerful blasts of energy. In retaliation, Homeless Emperor unleashes a massive blast that consumes most of the area in which they were fighting. The monster acknowledges the strength of his opponent and looks into the fallout from his blast, which holds the silhouette of the hero in the dust. Zombieman's status is left unclear, though his regenerative abilities might mean he's not finished quite yet.

Atomic Samurai and Zombieman are two of the most formidable S-Class heroes and have previously proven their abilities in the manga's various fights. However, Black Spermatozoon and Homeless Emperor prove that the Monster Association indeed has some extremely powerful members, even with Gyoro-Gyoro and Lord Orochi defeated. Still, this doesn't seem quite like the end of the road for Atomic Samurai and Zombieman, as the manga leaves the fate of both unclear. Instead, they might just bust out some new moves to prove just why they're two of the strongest humans on Earth.

One-Punch Man's next installment arrives in English on Dec. 25 from Viz Media.
