The hit anime, manga, and webcomic series One Punch Man offers a new look at the world of superheroes and the business aspect that would come into play in a similar way that the series, The Boys does. However, as many fans know, this series includes the parodical hero, Saitama, the hero that can defeat anyone and anything with one punch, landing him in the minds of anime fans everywhere as one of the most overpowered characters of the medium.

Of course, Saitama isn't the only character of this world, and the others aren't anything to scoff at either. One of the other characters being the beautiful esper Fubuki or Blizzard, a B-Class Rank 1 professional hero, the younger sister of the powerful hero Tatsumaki, and the leader of the Blizzard Group. Though she is rather strong in her own world, how would she fare against the anime heroes of the fictional world?

10 Could Beat: Grape Juice

Anime mha mineta

Grape Juice is seen as one of the weaker and much more annoying characters of the My Hero Academia series. While the other students have some absolutely amazing powers that can power them through almost any situation, Mineta can't say the same.

His sticky purple balls not only damage him from overuse but they also don't offer much range. When put up against Fubuki armed with her psychokinesis he'd have no choice but to immediately give up.

9 Couldn't Beat: Great Saiyaman

Anime great saiyaman

In the context of the Dragon Ball world, Great Saiyaman may come off as a cheap gag character, but were he to be introduced into the world of One Punch Man he'd likely end up being second on the hero ranking only to the likes of "Caped Baldy" himself.

No one can deny Gohan's amazing power even when he lowers it a bit while donning the Great Saiyaman outfit. He's dealt with all kinds of foes meaning that not many heroes and villains from the world of One Punch Man would be able to surprise him including Fubuki.

8 Could Beat: Wild Tiger

Wild Tiger comes from the world of the anime series, Tiger and Bunny. He has an ability called "Hundred Power" that increases his strength, speed, and agility by a hundredfold. However, this ability has the downside of needing to recharge for 1 hour after 5 minutes of usage.

This means that Wild Tiger would only need to be ran away from or straight up pushed away for 5 minutes by Fubuki. It's likely that even without this downside, Fubuki may be able to completely shut down Wild Tiger should she not let herself be caught off guard.

7 Couldn't Beat: Samurai Flamenco

sam flam

Samurai Flamenco of the anime of the same name may come off as a bad Kamen Rider cross Kick-Ass esque hero at first, but by the end of the anime series, he realizes he is a cut above any hero or human for that matter ever. This is because in the end, this hero finds out that he is a God.

If Fubuki were to face this hero in battle after this grand realization she'd find herself in a lot of trouble if he found out how to use his power.

6 Could Beat: Batman Ninja

batman ninja

Batman Ninja may have a new anime and ninja makeover in the Batman anime film, Batman Ninja, but that doesn't change the fact that he's just Batman. Batman even in this anime has the same toolkit and limitations seen with the mainline Batman.

Everyone knows if Batman were matched up against someone like Superman he'd be finished without a random comic book power-up, so it's apparent that a battle against Fubuki wouldn't end much better.

5 Couldn't Beat: Viewtiful Joe

viewtiful joe sticking his tongue out

Viewtiful Joe is one of the goofiest anime heroes out there. This now-iconic character began as a videogame character and is bringing his powers from consoles to battle.

Fubuki may have psychokinesis, but Viewtiful Joe is borderline OP with the abilities to slow time, speed himself up, and buff his powers with his zoom ability.

4 Could Beat: Astro Boy

astro boy

Astro Boy is one of the most well known heroes in all of anime. In fact, he is one of the most important anime and manga characters of all time.

This icon status wouldn't make him a match for someone on the level of Fubuki however, as he probably wouldn't even be able to touch her with his basic ability.

3 Couldn't Beat: Roger Smith

roger smith

Roger Smith is an anime character similar to Batman. He is a normal citizen who has become hero without the aid of superpowers but with the power of a crazy toolkit and money.

As seen with the look at Batman Ninja, money and these tools can't stop someone with powers like Fubuki's.

2 Could Beat: Black Widow

black widow anime

Black Widow may have gotten an anime makeover in the Marvel anime adaptationAvengers Confidential: Black Widow & Punisher, but that's not going to power her up enough to defeat Fubuki.

Fubuki is just much too powerful for any average human to defeat, even one that has tackled global threats with a group like The Avengers.

1 Couldn't Beat: Jiren The Grey

jiren

Jiren The Grey may have been shown to be an antagonist in the world of Dragon Ball Super, but in his universe, Universe 11, he is shown to be a hero of the group, The Pride Troopers.

Jiren has been shown to be able to topple back just about any ability, including psychokinesis, making Fubuki an easy win.
