One Punch Man: A Hero Nobody Knows Heading to PS4, Xbox One & PC

One of the most popular, acclaimed anime series on the air is One Punch Man, showing a world of superheroes constantly defending cities from monsters, with its protagonist Saitama capable of eliminating all threats with a single punch.

Now, Bandai Namco is developing a 3-on-3 fighting game adaptation of the anime, with players forming teams of the familiar characters and pitting them against one another in no-holds-barred battles. Featuring the anime's Japanese voice cast, the upcoming video game has released its debut trailer.

"One Punch Man: A Hero Nobody Knows is the perfect game for One Punch Man fans and those who are ready to jump into the One-Punch universe," Bandai Namco Entertainment America, Inc. Associate Brand Manager Abelina Villegas declared in a statement. "Players can really immerse themselves in the One Punch Man world and form their own teams, develop their skills and fight to see who is the strongest of them all!”

In addition to Saitama, who just stands stoically as opponents barrage him with powerful attacks, the trailer shows Genos, Hellish Blizzard, Speed-o-Sound Sonic and Mumen Rider in action, battling against each other to be the world's strongest superhero.

One Punch Man: A Hero Nobody Knows is developed and published by Bandai Namco. It will be released for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC at a currently unannounced date.
