22 years prior to the story, the curtains to the Great Pirate Era were forcefully pushed up by Roger’s death. The sails were spread open and the ambitious ventured forward to the all-powerful Grand Line--where legends are made. Flash forward 20 years and the embers of that great era are still burning vigorously. The old generation (mostly) retired and the young ones took the helm, supplementing the embers of the Great Pirate Era with their driving youth.
The Straw Hat Pirates among others are the frontliners of the new generation; the generation striving to outdo their predecessors. They have both the strength and ambition to surpass the old ones, yet their primary competitors are themselves. Only the strongest of this generation will conclude the race to One Piece.
10 Killer (27 Years Old)
The first mate of the Kid Pirates, Kille r(aka Kamazou the Manslayer), is most definitely a tough nut to crack. He proved on several occasions that he isn’t a member of the Worst Generation for naught; he has the proper strength to back it up.
It’s unknown whether Killer is stronger than Jewelry Bonney(24 years old). But as the latter never showcased her fighting prowess, fans are inclined to believe that Killer is stronger.
9 Page One (20 Years Old)
Although he is only 20 years old, Page One managed to secure a place for himself in the notorious Tobiroppo group, the strongest headliners in the Beasts Pirates. He is an ancient Zoan user who ate the Ryu Ryu no Mi, Model: Spinosaurus.
Ancient Zoan users are mainly tanks. Their defense stats tower over their other attributes. Having an advantage over them might be easy, but overwhelming them will prove hard for most people.
8 Ulti (22 Years Old)
Ulti is the elder sister of Page One though it’s currently unknown whether they are actually related by blood. Similar to her brother, she is also a member of the Tobiroppo. The two siblings make out the youngest pair in the group.
Ulti is more than capable when it comes to the strength department. She had a brief exchange with Luffy and she wasn’t pushed back.
7 Sanji (21 Years Old)
This is where it gets harder to measure. The higher the level gets the harder it is to accurately pinpoint a character’s strength level. Rather than winning a fight solely based on one’s strength, most of the high-level fights are decided by the circumstances at play.
Fans are well acquainted with Sanji’s strength. Earlier in Wano, he had a not-so-friendly confrontation with Page One and came out at the top.
6 Yamato (28 Years Old)
While the ins and outs of Yamato’s true strength still remain vague, their capabilities are most definitely the real deal. Not only did they knock one of the Numbers with one solid hit, but they were also able to knock out Ulti (a Tobiroppo) with a single hit as well.
Moreso, Yamato pulled all these achievements without using their Zoan-type Devil Fruit. To be able to showcase such prowess without the usage of Zoan is shocking, to say the least.
5 Zoro (21 Years Old)
The strength that Zoro demonstrated in the latest manga chapters is more than enough to put him at the upper heights of the new generation. His record in Wano has sure been busy; Supernova after Supernova fell under his blade.
First was Hawkins, followed by Killer, and lastly, Apoo was defeated as well. Even then, he has yet to show the true extent of his strength.
4 Jack The Draught (28 Years Old)
Jack has been underrated for far too long. His initial debut--although grandiose--was met with the fierce fangs of the minks. Following that incident, he was once again repelled and defeated by the Marines lead by Fujitora.
After a record of humiliating defeats, Jack recovered his honor by fending off the combined efforts of the entirety of the mink tribe--all in sulong. Nekomamushi and Inuarashi had to step in to take down the beast.
3 Eustass Kid (23 Years Old)
Kid is one of the central figures in Wano. Considering that he has yet to take action against the Beasts Pirates’ fighters, it’s highly likely that he will contribute greatly to the alliance’s final fight against Kaido.
Furthermore, as Kid’s capabilities still remain mysterious, fans expect a lot from him when the final battle ensues. A strength rivaling--or even surpassing--that of Trafalgar Law is to be expected.
2 Trafalgar Law (26 Years Old)
Until this date, Law’s true potential was never properly realized. In Dressrosa he fought against and was defeated by Doflamingo. In Wano, however, it’s speculated he will achieve much more.
Moreso, his Devil Fruit--Ope Ope no Mi--is arguably the strongest Paramecia-type Devil Fruit. Hopefully, he will tap into its potential in the final confrontation.
1 Luffy (19 Years Old)
Last, but definitely not least, is Luffy. The fans' favorite rubber-boy and the man who will become the Pirate King. Strength-wise, all of his counterparts in his age-group are inferior to him. He has already left most of them--his competitors--in the dust.
And now that he is further strengthened by both advanced Observational Haki and Advanced Armament Haki, it’s unknown where Luffy’s true limits lie.
