The Four Emperors Saga is quite easily the biggest and the most important One Piece Saga after the events of the Paramount War. It sees Monkey D. Luffy and his alliance with the Samurai, Ninja, Minks, and other pirates go up against two Yonko in Big Mom and Kaido in the land of Wano.
The Saga covers the events of the Zou arc, followed by Whole Cake Island, Reverie, and eventually, Wano. All these arcs are filled to the brim with incredibly powerful characters and here are the 10 strongest of them all.
10 Akazaya Nine
Known to be the retainers of Kozuki Oden, the Akazaya Nine are powerful samurai of Wano Country all of which are incredibly powerful. Currently, they include Kin'emon, Denjiro, Raizo, Kikunojo, Izo, Ashura Doji, Kawamatsu, Inuarashi, and Nekomamushi. They are capable enough to go head-to-head with the strongest of subordinates of the Yonko crew, as seen during the Wano Country arc of the series.
During the Onigashima Raid, they managed to use an advanced form of Ryou and injure Kaido, something that only Oden had done before then in the past.
9 King The Wildfire
Known to be Kaido's strongest subordinate, King is one of the All-Stars of the Beasts Pirates and an incredibly powerful dinosaur Zoan user. He has the power of the Ryu Ryu no Mi, Model: Pteranodon which allows him to turn himself into the creature and its hybrid at will.
King also wields a sword, however, his main powers appear to stem from the usage of his Devil Fruit ability. It goes without saying that he's among the strongest in the Four Emperors Saga.
8 Sabo
Luffy's sworn brother, Sabo is the Chief of Staff of the Revolutionary Army and an incredibly strong character. He has a tremendously powerful Busoshoku Haki, as seen during the Dressrosa arc of the series. Furthermore, he also has access to the Logia type Mera Mera no Mi, which just goes to show that he's deserving of being Dragon's Number 2.
Sabo fought against Ryokugyu and Fujitora during the Reverie arc of the series. The exact outcome of this battle remains unknown so far.
7 Charlotte Katakuri
The strongest of the Three Sweet Commanders of the Big Mom Pirates, Katakuri stood as one of the biggest antagonists of the Whole Cake Island arc of One Piece. Worth over a billion Berries, Katakuri proved to be quite a challenge for Luffy to take on in battle.
With his Observation Haki, Katakuri could see into the future itself and his Armament Haki was powerful enough to hurt even Bounce Man and Snakeman. He's a man known to have held an invincible record until Luffy became the first person to defeat him.
6 Monkey D. Luffy
Luffy is the captain of the Straw Hat Pirates and the man who is destined to become the King of the Pirates. He's quite a powerful pirate, having made a name as the Fifth Emperor of the Sea already.
Luffy wields the power of the Gomu Gomu no Mi and also has access to all three types of Haki. He's also managed to learn the advanced level of both Observation and Armament Haki, making him one of the most fearsome fighters in the world of One Piece.
5 Ryokugyu
One of the new Admirals of the Navy, Ryokugyu is a character who made his debut during the Reverie arc of One Piece. Very little is known about him, however, he was seen getting involved in the fight against Sabo and the Revolutionary Army Commanders.
Ryokugyu's abilities aren't known but his rank as one of the Admirals is enough for him to make this list of the strongest characters in the Four Emperors Saga.
4 Marco
The former First Division Commander of the Whitebeard Pirates, Marco is an incredibly powerful character who is currently in Wano Country aiding Luffy in the war against Kaido and Big Mom.
He's eaten the extremely rare Mythical Zoan Phoenix Devil Fruit that grants him the power of that mystical bird. Marco can heal from any and all damage indefinitely, as seen in the story. He's fought evenly against all the Navy Admirals in Marineford which cements his position as one of the strongest in One Piece.
3 Issho
Another one of the Navy Admirals, Issho, also known as Navy Admiral Fujitora, made his introduction in the Dressrosa arc of the story. As an Admiral, he is extremely capable, described to be a monster by Donquixote Doflamingo.
Issho has the power of the Zushi Zushi no Mi which allows him to control gravity at will. On top of that, his control over Haki seems to be very refined. He was able to fight against Sabo effortlessly which just shows what he's capable of.
2 Big Mom
Charlotte Linlin, also known as Big Mom, is one of the Four Emperors of the Sea in the One Piece world. She is quite a fearsome pirate who has a bounty of 4,388,000,000 Berries and is known to be the strongest woman in the series.
Big Mom has the power of the Soru Soru no Mi which allows her to freely manipulate the souls of people. She is also a monster when it comes to physical strength and is known to be every bit as dangerous as Kaido.
1 Kaido
Known to be the strongest creature on land, air, and sea, Kaido is one of the Four Emperors, just like Big Mom, and has a bounty of 4,611,100,000 Berries on his head.
He is known to be extremely difficult to hurt and throughout his life, only Kozuki Oden and his nine retainers have managed to hurt him. Kaido has the power of an unnamed Devil Fruit that allows him to transform into an eastern dragon at will. Without a doubt, he's the strongest in the story right now.
