The world of One Piece is filled with mystical power-granting fruits known as Devil Fruits. While not found often in the four blues, they're very common in the Grand Line, and almost every other major Pirate or Marine possesses one. The Devil Fruits are usually classified into three main types, namely, Paramecia, Zoan, and Logia. Each type is unique and offers a wide range of abilities.
For instance, Logia allows the user to control an element like fire and Zoan allows the user to transform into an animal. Logia are considered to be the rarest, while Paramecia are the most common. Zoan are somewhere in between in terms of rarity. Certain Zoan are extremely rare because of their mythical or prehistoric natures, and a number of Paramecia are rare because of their abilities and because of how frequently they appear.

15 Jack Laid Waste To Zou With The Zou Zou No Mi, Model: Mammoth
Ancient Zoan are incredibly rare because they involve prehistoric animals, but the non-dinosaur Fruits seem to be even rarer. Jack is one of Kaido's commanders, and he ate the Zou Zou no Mi, Model: Mammoth, which allows him to transform into a giant woolly mammoth.
All Ancient Zoan grant their users greater physical strength than traditional Zoans, and Jack can use his trunk to destroy buildings with ease. This Fruit may offer a great deal of durability, but the mammoth's sheer size makes it slow to the point that Jack cannot dodge powerful high-speed attacks.
14 With The Ryu Ryu No Mi, Model: Allosaurus, X-Drake Is The Only Marine With An Ancient Zoan Devil Fruit
X-Drake first appeared in Sabaody Archipelago, and he possesses the power of the first Ancient Zoan that fans were introduced to. Despite his defection, X-Drake is still a Marine, which means that his Ryu Ryu no Mi, Model: Allosaurus is currently the rarest Fruit associated with the World Government.
He can transform into a prehistoric Allosaurus with sharp teeth that are capable of biting through steel, and his physical strength rivals that of the World Government's Pacifista cyborgs. In his hybrid form, he looks like a slightly larger human, but he can still wield a sword.
13 The Ryu Ryu No Mi, Model: Pachycephalosaurus Compliments Ulti's Fighting Style
Ulti is one of Kaido's strongest officers, and she ate the Ryu Ryu no Mi, Model: Pachycephalosaurus, an Ancient Zoan Fruit. Her physical power increases significantly, to the point that she could restrain Luffy, and because she transforms into a dinosaur, her skin is tougher than other Zoan users'.
She can take direct attacks from powerful individuals like Yamato and Big Mom, and get up relatively quickly. Ulti likes to headbutt her opponents, and since this Devil Fruit provides her with a super-thick skull plate, it compliments her very well.
12 The World Government Covets The Ope Ope No Mi
One of the Paramecia types, the Ope Ope no Mi is currently used by Trafalgar Law. This Devil Fruit gives its users the ability to create rooms and control the terrain within the room as they like. As pointed out by Marine Vice Admiral Smoker, when in its range, the opponent is like a patient on an operating table.
The Ope Ope no Mi is powerful enough to switch people's personalities, and what's more, it can also make someone immortal by performing perennial youth surgery on them, although the user will have to give up their life in return. The Marines put a price of 5 billion berries on this Fruit, which shows how rare and valuable it actually is.

One of the rarest Devil Fruits, possibly even among the Logia class, the Yami Yami no Mi was eaten by Blackbeard. Using this Devil Fruit, he gained the power to control darkness as he likes. The biggest advantage of this Devil Fruit is its ability to nullify everything, even other Devil Fruit abilities, and maybe even Haki.

10 Yamato Transforms Into Ancient Wolf Diety With The Inu Inu No Mi, Model: Okuchi No Makami
Yamato is one of the best things to come out of the Wano arc. Yamato ate the Mythical Inu Inu no Mi, Model: Okuchi no Makami by accident because of extreme hunger. In fact, Kaido had other plans for it. The Fruit allows Yamato to transform into a divine wolf, which happens to be the guardian deity of Wano.
Due to this Zoan's carnivorous nature, Yamato gains sharp claws and fangs for combat. Yamato's physical abilities are enhanced to the point that Yamato can fight evenly with Kaido's human-dragon form. The Fruit also allows its user to generate ice armor and ice blasts as well. Since this Fruit belongs to the mysterious land of Wano, very few know of its existence.
9 Queen's Ryu Ryu No Mi, Model: Brachiosaurus Is Enhanced By Cybernetics
One of the many Ryu Ryu no Mi that have been introduced so far, the Brachiosaurus model of this Devil Fruit has been eaten by Queen the Plague of the Beasts Pirates. This Devil Fruit is one of the rarest Fruits that has been seen in the series, thanks to its classification as an Ancient Zoan.
It grants its user the ability to turn into a real Brachiosaurus, and since it is one of the Zoans, the user also gets high-level recovery and superior stamina. Without a doubt, the Ryu Ryu no Mi, Model: Brachiosaurus is unique, but it is even more special because it utilizes Queen's cybernetic enhancements.

Another one of the subtypes of the Ryu Ryu no Mi, the Ryu Ryu no Mi, Model: Pteranodon allows its user to transform into the ancient Pteranodon. Just like its other types, this Devil Fruit is classified as an Ancient Zoan, which makes it one of the rarest Devil Fruit powers on the seas.
The Ancient Zoan Pteranodon Fruit was eaten by King the Wildfire, who is also the right-hand man of Kaido. While most of its powers remain a mystery, it is known to grant immense strength, as evident from when King pushed Big Mom's ship off the waterfall in Wano.

The Mochi Mochi no Mi is a Paramecia type of Devil Fruit that was eaten by the right-hand man of Big Mom, Charlotte Katakuri, at the age of 5. While Paramecia types are considered to be the most common among all Devil Fruits, Katakuri's Fruit is special, as it gives him the ability to act tangible, akin to a Logia, hence making it a special Paramecia Devil Fruit.
When used alongside Katakuri's ability to see into the future, he becomes almost invincible. So far, the Mochi Mochi no Mi is the only special Paramecia seen in One Piece, making it one of the rarest Devil Fruits of all time.
6 Catrina Devon Can Replicate Appearances With The Inu Inu No Mi, Model: Kyubi No Kitsune
Eaten by Catrina Devon, the sixth ship commander of Yonko Blackbeard, the Inu Inu no Mi, Model: Kyubi no Kitsune is treasured among all types of Devil Fruits. Its powers are ferocious, as it grants the user the ability to transform into any other person, replicating their entire appearance in the process.
What's more, this Devil Fruit is considered to be a Mythical Zoan type, which is even rarer than the Logia types. Other than that, the Kyubi no Kitsune Devil Fruit also grants the user the ability to transform into a nine-tailed fox, which is not an ability to be underestimated.

One of the many snake Fruits seen in One Piece, the Yamata no Orochi version is considered to be the rarest out of them all. It was eaten by the Shogun of Wano, Kurozumi Orochi, and it grants him the ability to transform into an eight-headed serpent, each head having its own personality.
