The Dragon Ball franchise began way back in 1984, and to this day, it is one of the most popular series in the world. The franchise is known for its action sequences, but it has also given the world a myriad of iconic characters, and many of those characters have searched for the dragon balls at some point in time. When someone manages to gather all seven balls, they can summon a massive dragon who will grant one wish.

One Piece is another popular series, but it is set in a world filled with pirates, and it specifically focuses on the adventures of the Straw Hat Pirates. Nico Robin was the sixth person to join the crew, and she serves as their resident archeologist. If the dragon balls existed in the One Piece universe, a lot of people would try to gather them, including Robin.

10 She Would Wish To Bring Her Mom Back To Life

Robin Seeing Her Mom For The Last Time One Piece

Earth's dragon balls have granted a lot of wishes over the years, and many of those wishes revolved around bringing someone back to life. Nico Olvia is Robin's mother, and she is the reason why Robin became an archeologist. Olvia had been studying the Void Century, and the World Government ordered a buster call on their home island to destroy all traces of her research.

Olvia managed to get Robin to safety, but she decided to stay on the island in order to preserve her research for future generations. Robin loved her mother dearly, and if given the chance, she would definitely bring her back to life with a wish.

9 She Would Wish For Her Devil Fruit To Awaken

Nico Robin Mille Fleurs One Piece

Robin ate the Flower-Flower Fruit when she was very young, and it gives her the ability to sprout pieces of her body onto other surfaces, including other living beings. This may not sound like a powerful ability, but it is one of several Devil Fruit powers that would be quite useful in real life.

She mainly uses this power to grow arms and legs on her enemies, and she then uses them to break their backs or necks. Certain Devil Fruits possess an awakened form, and if Robin wished for her Devil Fruit to awaken, she will be able to alter her very surroundings. This power spike would be very beneficial for her crew.

8 She Would Wish For Her Bounty To Disappear

One Piece Robin's Previous Wanted Poster

The anime world is filled with wanted characters who have high bounties, and every single notable pirate in One Piece has their own bounty and wanted poster. Robin received her first poster when she was just a child because she was the sole survivor of the Ohara buster call, and for that same reason, the World Government placed her bounty at 70 million Berry.

Robin was forced to grow up constantly hiding and looking over her shoulder, and as the series has progressed, her bounty has risen to 130 million. As long as her wanted posters exist, Robin will always have a target on her back, so it makes sense to wish for them all to disappear.

7 She Would Wish To Bring Jaguar D. Saul Back To Life

Robin is left with Jaguar D. Saul in One Piece.

Jaguar D. Saul was a giant and former Vice Admiral who rescued Robin's mother when she was being held captive on a marine ship. Saul was the first outsider that Robin befriended, and he taught her to laugh even if she was sad and that she would one day find friends who would protect her.

On the day of the buster call, Saul was killed by then Vice Admiral Aokiji. He died while protecting Robin, so it would make a lot of sense for her to thank him by resurrecting him with the dragon balls.

6 She Would Wish For The End Of The World Government

The Five Elders of the World Government in the One Piece anime

Each Straw Hat has a tragic backstory, but if someone were to rank those backstories, Robin's would arguably be at the top of the list. The World Government is the reason why Robin lost her home and family, and it is thanks to them that she has spent the majority of her life on the run.

Robin knows just how cruel and controlling the World Government really is, and if she had the chance to wish the entire organization away, she would take it. Getting rid of the Government would undoubtedly cause a power vacuum, but at least no one would suffer at their hands again.

5 She Would Wish For Spandam To Be Imprisoned

Spandam Threatening Robin

The Enies Lobby Arc features some of the series' best villains, and Spandam is arguably the arc's best villain despite the fact that he is one of the weakest characters in the series. Spandam beat Robin when she was his defenseless captive, and he is the reason why Franky lost his beloved father figure.

Spandam should have been locked away in Impel Down for his actions, but the World Government gave him a promotion instead. Robin knows all too well how much pain Spandam has caused, and she would be doing Franky and the entire world a favor if she wished him into a jail cell.

4 She Could Wish For Armament Haki So Her Devil Fruit Can Work On Logia Users

Aokiji Attacking Robin

Robin's Devil Fruit is perfect for immobilizing enemies, but its power is completely useless against Logia users. A Logia user is capable of transforming their entire body into a specific element, and this allows most physical and ranged attacks to harmlessly pass through their body.

Robin has gone up against two Logia users in Enel and Aokiji, and her power was useless both times because of their immunity to physical damage. If she had the dragon balls, she could wish for her Devil Fruit to actually work on Logia users by asking for Armament Haki, which negates a Logia's invulnerability.

3 She Would Wish For Luffy To Become Pirate King

Luffy Finishing Up His Training

Luffy may be the series' main protagonist, but he is still one of the least respected pirates in the world because most people still view him as a childish rookie. The truth though, is that Luffy is a strong and compassionate pirate, and he showed Robin how much he cared for her when he led the Straw Hats into Enies Lobby to rescue her.

Luffy's dream is to become the new Pirate King, and Robin will do anything to help him achieve that dream. If she had access to the dragon balls, she could simply wish for him to be king. Luffy may not like that since it would defeat the purpose of his journey, but it is still a viable option.

2 She Could Wish To Obtain The Remaining Road Poneglyphs

Nico Robin Decodes The First Road Poneglyph in One Piece's Zou Arc

Thanks to the Ohara buster call, Robin is now the only known person in the world who can read the Poneglyphs. As the series progresses, the Straw Hats learn about 4 Road Poneglyphs which lead to the last Island that contains the One Piece that Gol D. Roger left behind.

The Straw Hats discovered the first Road Poneglyph on Zou, and Brook managed to copy the writing from the second Poneglyph that was in Big Mom's possession. The third Poneglyph is held by Kaido, and the fourth one's location is completely unknown. Given how difficult these Poneglyphs are to find, Robin could simply use the dragon balls to gather the final two.

1 She Could Wish To Learn The Truth About The Void Century

The Island Which Holds The One Piece

Gol D. Roger earned his immense bounty a number of ways, and one of the biggest contributing factors was the fact that he actually reached Laugh Tale, the legendary island at the end of the Grand Line. Robin's entire island was wiped out because they were researching the Void Century, and Rogers' first mate, Silvers Rayleigh admitted that Laugh Tale holds that secret.

The Void Century is said to contain the true history of the world, and when Rayleigh offered to tell Robin about it, she declined. Given how important this information is, it is hard to believe that Robin wouldn't be tempted to wish for the truth behind this forbidden time period if she had the dragon balls.
