As beautiful as she is deadly, Boa Hancock is certainly a likable character. No matter how many times Luffy turns down her marriage proposals, she becomes more determined than ever to make him her husband.

3 Silvers Rayleigh Is A Retired Pirate Who Goes Where The Sea Takes Him
Lighthearted, funny, and a man who goes where the tides take him, Silvers Rayleigh is a knowledgeable, strong-willed retired pirate who is well-loved by the characters in One Piece, as well as by viewers. He’s the type of man who plans, preferring not to jump into things headfirst.
His friendship with Luffy is as heartbreaking as it is heartwarming, as Luffy reminds Rayleigh of his previous captain. During the time skip, the two bonded as Rayleigh taught Luffy and helped develop him into the character he is today.

1 Portgas D. Ace Is Well-Mannered And Always Falling Asleep
Unlike his brother Luffy, Ace is extremely well-mannered and intelligent, making him both more likable and more tolerable. But he wasn’t always that way. He too, has an empty pit for a stomach, loves to party and have fun, and is just as reckless as Luffy and even more impulsive. Even though they weren't blood-related, they were still quite close.
One of Ace's most endearing traits is his narcolepsy—his ability to fall asleep just about anywhere and while doing anything. This led to some pretty comedic situations, which makes him all the more lovable.
